Disorientation is a monthly night of electronic audio-visual performance presented by the Sound Collective at the University of Technology, Sydney. Showcasing the work of new and established experimental artists, this month's show features the US multi-media producer Terre Thaemlitz, pictured, who will treat audiences to his latest work, Lovebomb. "Glitch" wunderkind Pimmon, meanwhile, whill challenge ears and warm hearts with his brand of noisy brilliance. The program also includes a joint performance by Julian Knowles, the head of the school of contemporary arts at the University of Western Sydney, and Donna Hewitt, who makes music with natural and computer-processed sound. Also featured will be Team Australia, a group of three students who combine the best of visuals, performance and sound-based art.
